Eating at the right time can also help you to concentrate better in class. Your vitamins should be taken after eating breakfast. Apply moisturizer 3 minutes after taking a bath. This way, your skin can absorb the moisturizer better. It does not matter what time you take a bath. Work out late in the afternoon or early evening for 30 minutes to an hour, 3 to 4 times a week. Do not exercise 3 hours before your bed time because you will surely have a hard time taking a sleep. Study your lessons when you are most alert. If you think that your brain is active during the night, then study at this time but if you feel sleepy as early as 7:00 pm it will be better to sleep early and just wake up early to review.
